Wash the cucumber, peel all and cut to small pieces. Add Turmeric Powder, Salt to the pieces.
In a pan put Vegetable oil on medium flame and add red chillies, mustard seeds, urad dal and asafoetida. Fry this till mustard seeds start sputtering. Let it cool down to normal then add Tamarind Paste to it and grind the whole mixture in Food Processor till a smooth paste is formed.
In this paste mix cucumber pieces(small ones) and your chutney is ready.
