Cranberry Chutney

Cranberry Chutney is a mind blowing tasty chutney. Recipe of this Chutney is easy and simple to make. Use of cranberry fresh fruit is a must in the entire preparation.



It is to be enjoyed with special snacks like, Sev Puri, Bhel Puri etc.

Chutney Ingredients

* Cranberries - 1kg
* Sugar - 2 cups
* Raisins - 1 cup
* Green Chillies (chopped)- 2 to 3
* Ginger - 2 to 3 small pieces
* Vegetable Oil - 2 tsp
* Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
* Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
* Coriander (chopped) - Little
* Salt - 1/4 tsp



Make Chutney

In a Pan put vegetable oil on medium flame and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and ginger. Saute all these for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add Cranberries, Raisins, Green chillies, Coriander and fry all together till cranberries & raisins become softer. Add little water and salt and let it cook. Once Cranberries are soft add sugar and mix it properly.

Let the preparation cool down a little and blend it in a Food Processor till it forms a smooth paste. Your Chutney is ready to serve.
