Coriander Chutney

Coriander Chutney is the most common chutney. It comes in the category of Green Chutneys and can be served with main course or with snacks & starters.



Chutney Ingredients

* Coriander - 4 hand full with stem removed
* Mint - 1/2 hand full with stem removed
* Pepper - 1/4tsp
* Garlic - 2 to 3 cloves
* Green Chillies - 2 to 3 No's
* Sugar & Salt - 1 tsp each
* Lemon Juice - 3 tsps
* Onion - 1/4 small bowl


Preparation

This Chutney can be freshly prepared in 5 minutes. Mix and Grind all the ingredients in a food processor to form a paste. Add water if required to make chutney less thick.
