Coleslaw Salad - Making Coleslaw is like making confettis. You make enough of it and its fun. This salad is a excellent source of potassium and carotene, however low in fat due to use of low fat mayonnaise and yoghurt.
Take a salad bowl and mix all the vegetables with raisins and apricots. In a separate bowl mix together the yoghurt, mayonnaise, dressing herbs and spices.
Whisk both the well together. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
