Coconut Chutney

Coconut Chutney is served with almost all of South Indian dishes like Dosa, Uttapam, Idli or even Medu Vada. Most of the time people like it fresh, however you can make it and keep in refrigerator.



Chutney Ingredients

This chutney recipe is simplest to make.

* Coconut - It should be cut to small pieces or grated.

* Garlic - One or two flakes of garlic.

* Salt - Very Little

* Cumin Seeds - Half tsp

* Vinegar - This is optional but few drops can bring tingy taste.


Preparation

Mix all the items in a Mixer Grinder. Add little bit of water to bring chutney into a paste form.

Serve in a Bowl.
