Enjoy tasty Chicken Salami by cooking salami slices with chicken pieces. This dish is more healthier and nutritious than fried Chicken.
Recipe Ingredients
* Salami (shaved) - 250g
* Chicken (boneless) pieces - 100g
* Butter - 2 tbsp
* Onion (chopped) - 1
* Tomato (chopped) - 2
* Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
* Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
* Peanuts (crushed) - 2 tbsp
* Mushrooms (chopped) - 100g
* Cream - 2 tbsp
* Salt to taste
Preparation
Take a pan and heat butter in it. Once it is hot sauté onions in it. As they turn little brown add mushrooms, crushed peanuts, ginger garlic paste and sauté for few more minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes and stir fry in the pan itself. Put the gas on the medium flame and slowly add Salami with Chicken pieces and then salt with black pepper. Fry for few minutes till salami and chicken become little tender and rich aroma starts coming out.
Take off from flame and garnish with cream.
Enjoy the dish in a sandwich by putting it between the bread loafs and cooking in a grilled both side covered bread oven.
