A delicious salad recipe, Chicken Salad can be made ready within 20 to 25 minutes. The use of lettuce, tomatoes, lime makes it nutritious also.
Recipe Ingredients
* Chicken breast halves(cooked and shredded) - 4
* Onion (chopped)- 1 small
* Tomatoes (cut to small pieces) - 2
* Lettuce Leaves - 8 to 10
* Coriander Leaves - one cup full
* Lime Juice - 2 tsp
* Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
* Green Chillies (chopped) - 2
* Garam Masala - 1 tsp
* Black Pepper - 1 tsp
* Salt - 1/2 tsp
Preparation
First take chicken breast pieces and make cut marks in them and apply lime Juice and olive oil on all sides. Cook them in a tandoor or oven. Grate the pieces to form fine shredded pieces.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and your salad is ready to serve.
