Chicken Curry made with boneless chicken pieces is a yummy tasty curry dish. In our recipe it is prepared with Indian spices.
Recipe Ingredients
* Chicken Leg Pieces (boneless)- 750g
* Chicken Stock - 2 cups
* Cooking Oil - tbsp
* Garlic (chopped) - 2 tbsp
* Onions (sliced) - 3/4 cup
* Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
* Saffron - Few Strands
* Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
* Cloves - 5
* Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
* Cardamom (small) - 4
* Salt to taste
* Water - 2 cups
Preparation
First cut chicken to pieces and soak saffron in little water for 10 minutes. Keep them aside.
Take a Pan and heat oil in it. Once it is hot add chopped garlic and sauté till little brown. Then add onions and sauté till light brown. Add cinnamon, cloves and cardamoms and sauté till the onions are golden brown.
Now add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder and chicken pieces. Stir and mix properly and cook for few minutes, Then add chicken stock and water and bring it to a boil. Cover and cook till chicken pieces are tender.
Remove from fire. Take out chicken pieces. Strain the gravy into another pot. Cook the gravy till it becomes thick. Add the chicken pieces and cook for a minute or two.
Serve hot along with Tandoori Rotis.
