Cauliflower Curry

Cauliflower Curry is the dish of the winters as Gobi(or cauliflower)is available during cool days. Enjoy this cauliflower recipe with hot rice and coriander chutney.



Recipe Ingredients :

* Cauliflower - 1 flower
* Cooking Oil - 3 tbsp

* Onion (chopped and cut to small pieces)- Half
* Tomatoes Puree - 2 tbsp

* Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
* Coriander Powder - 1 tsp

* Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp

* Green Chillies (cut to pieces)- 2
* Garam Masala - 1 /2 tsp

* Coriander Leaves (chopped)- Hand full
* Salt to taste



Preparation

First cut the cauliflower to pieces and wash it in running water.

Take a Wok(Kadai) and heat oil in it. Put chopped onion and fry till it become transparent and soft. Then add cauliflower in it and fry till florets becomes soft and brown. This will take 10 minutes.

Then add all the spices, salt, tomato puree and water to get the desired consistency of the curry. Cover the wok with a lid and let the dish cook till it comes to a boil.

Take it off from the gas, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
