Bread Rolls - Make spicy rolls using tasty masala mix. Enjoy with pudina chutney or tomato ketchup.
Recipe Ingredients
* Bread Slices - 6 to 7
* Cooking Oil - For frying
* Onion (cut to small pieces) - 1
* Potato - 3 to 4
* Green Chillies (finely chopped)- 1
* Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
* Coriander Leaves (chopped) - few leaves
* Cumin Seeds (roasted)- 1 tsp
* Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
* Garam Masala - 1 tsp
* Salt to taste
Preparation
First boil the potatoes and mash all. Keep them aside.
Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients (except bread slices) with boiled potatoes. Mix the ingredients well.
Take some water and apply on both sides of bread slice. Squeeze out the excess water by pressing gently in your palm. Put Masala mix and place it on the bread slice. Close the end gently so that mixture does not come out.
Make round balls and deep fry till golden brown.
Serve hot along with pudina chutney or chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.
