Bhindi Masala and that too bharva. No need to ponder our bhindi recipe is very simple and can be cooked in few minutes.
* Bhindi (clean, washed and dried) - 1/2 kg
* Ghee - 2 to 3 tbsp
* Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
* Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
* Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
* Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
* Amchur Powder - 1 tbsp
* Salt to taste
Take each bhindi and slit it in the middle. Take care not to cut it into two halves.
Mix all the spices powder and fill the mixture in the centre of each bhindi.
In a pan heat ghee on medium flame and cook stuffed bhindi in it. Keep moving frequently the bhindi so that ghee is smeared on all sides. Once they become little stiff take off the pan and serve the dish.
