Recipe Ingredients
* Puffed Rice - 1/2 cup
* Sev - 1/2 cup
* Freed Dal Mixture - 1/2 cup
* Onions (chopped) - 1/2 cup
* Green Chillies (chopped) - 2
* Potatoes (boiled & cubed) - 3
* Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
* Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
* Tamarind Chutney - 1/2 cup
* Mint Chutney - 1/2 cup
Preparation
First spread the puffed rice on a plate. Top it up with sev. Sprinkle a layer of onions over it followed by the dal mixture.
Layer this with potatoes. Sprinkle chilli powder, black salt and green chillies over it. Pour tamarind chutney over this and mix well and serve.
To make it more spicer add green chillies and black salt.
