You can make Besan Laddoo in a zify (no time). Roast the besan, put the sugar, mix all that's it and your ladoos are ready.
Recipe Ingredients
* Besan (Gram Flour) - 2 cups
* Suji - 5 tbsps
* Fine Sugar - 1 cup
* Desi Ghee - 1/2 cup
* Almonds (cut to pieces) - 8
* Pistas (cut to pieces) - 2
* Cardamom Seeds( crushed) - 4
Preparation
Take a medium size pan and mix besan, suji and ghee in it. Start the gas and on medium heat roast all. Keep mixing these ingredients. Cook for 10 minutes. The ingredients will turn to brown and besan will start oozing out a good aroma.
Turn off the heat and let the besan cool down a bit. When the besan is still warm add sugar, almonds and cardamom. Mix properly, no better way than using your own hands. Once mixed finely make balls or ladus using both your hands.
Garnish all with pistas.
