Bhatura Ingredients
* Maida - 2 cups
* Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Egg - 1
* Salt - As required
* Yogurt - 1/2 cup
* Oil - As required
Preparation
Take a thali and mix all ingredients together to make smooth dough.
Leave it aside for 3 to 4 hours and then make small rolls of dough.
Flatten the dough rolls using chakala and belan and put each in oil for deep frying.
Cook both sides till it is crisp and golden brown. Serve hot along with Chana Masala or Punjabi Chole. Don't forget to garnish these sabjis with chopped onions.
