Fish Tikka

Fish Tikka and red wine go hand in hand together. One of the easiest grilled Fish dishes to make and loved by all.

First step is to make Fish Masala for marination and you are half done. In the second step cook in a grill and dish is ready to serve.

Recipe Ingredients

* Fresh Fish Cubes - 20 pieces
* Butter / Ghee - 200gms
* Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
* Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
* Garam Masala - 2 tsp
* Cumin Seeds Powder - 2 tsp
* Yogurt - 100gms
* Ajwain - 1 tbsp
* Vinegar - 1 tbsp
* Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
* Salt to taste



Preparation

Take Fish cubes and marinate evenly with lemon juice and salt on all sides. Keep them aside for 1 hour.

In a medium sized bowl mix all the ingredients and marinate the mixture on the fish cubes again. Leave them aside for another 2 hour or so.

Heat butter or ghee in a pan and fry the cubes on medium flame. Keep turning and cooking till they turn brown. You can also apply butter / ghee directly on the cubes and grill them till they turn brown.

Serve hot with Tamarind or Coriander Chutney.
