Take Fish cubes and marinate evenly with lemon juice and salt on all sides. Keep them aside for 1 hour.
In a medium sized bowl mix all the ingredients and marinate the mixture on the fish cubes again. Leave them aside for another 2 hour or so.
Heat butter or ghee in a pan and fry the cubes on medium flame. Keep turning and cooking till they turn brown. You can also apply butter / ghee directly on the cubes and grill them till they turn brown.
Serve hot with Tamarind or Coriander Chutney.
